Gurum means “clouds” in my native language, Korean. While I was working on this toe-up sock design with this MCN blend yarn from Anzula, I knew exactly what I wanted to call this design.

Handknit socks are special items. Unlike the cotton or synthetic blend socks you can purchase in stores, handknit socks have special warmth, design details, and fit. I designed these to be the ultimate feminine socks you can match with floral skirt or dress and feel special and pretty.

The third piece to the First Love Collection are these socks that remind us of that special feeling of falling in love, like walking above the clouds.

The pattern is written for magic-loop method.
