With Two-Color Italian Cast-On (see page 000), MC, and A, cast on 43 (49, 53, 59, 65) sts, beg with MC, pm; drop A, and with MC and MC2, cast on 40 (40, 44, 44, 46) more sts, beginning with MC2–83 (89, 97, 103, 111) sts.
