This is a semi-circle shawl with a ruffled edge. I call it Half Sun because of the yellow-orange color of the yarn I chose and the half circle shape of the shawl with right and left slanting stripes in the pattern that remind me of sun rays.

The pattern includes row by row written instructions. Skills required for knitting this shawl are yarn over, make one, knit 2 together, slip-slip-knit, and knit into front and back of stitch.
