Autumn is such a magical time of the year. It washes away the last remnants of summer with plenty of cold, wet showers and brings along the promise of chilly winter nights snuggled under blankets with a cup of hot chocolate!

But before we reach the depths of winter, there’s Halloween! As a child growing up in Belgium, it wasn’t really celebrated, so now I take every opportunity to carve pumpkins (and make pumpkin pie!) and take my boys trick or treating while they still love to dress up!

20g Sirdar Snuggly DK yarn per voodoo doll
A small amount of red yarn for the details
