{PATTERN NOTES}
The set is worked flat in a simple 3-row lace pattern and seamed to join. To change width of the cowl and length of the mitt, increase or decrease foundation chain by a multiple of 2 sts. To adjust circumference, work more or fewer pattern repeats.

{DESIGNER NOTE}
The cowl is worked flat to provide the crocheter with the flexibility to wear the piece as a scarf without seaming. I personally love cowls because I don’t lose them when out and about or just playing in the snow!
