Size: Ladies Medium, 36-40” bust

Materials:
MC – Main Colour (dark hue), any handspun 100% 2 ply alpaca yarn (5.9oz/161g approx. = 292 yards/267 metres)
CC – Contrast Colour (light hue), any handspun 100% 2 ply alpaca yarn (3.3oz/94g approx. = 163 yards/149 metres)

One 4.5mm and one 5mm 40”/101.5cm circular knitting needles or size to obtain gauge
2 small vintage brooches, one darning needle

Gauge: 14.5 sts and 22 rows = 4”/10 cm over pattern with 5mm needles

Special notes: This capelet may be knit in one colour instead of two,(9.2oz/255g approx. = 455 yards/416 metres would be required). To make the cape smaller or larger around the bust, decrease or increase by 11 sts when casting on.
