From Jean Frost Jackets: ‘The quilted cotton jackets I’ve seen in specialty shops inspired this jacket. These jackets often have outlined flowers and leaves atop the quilted background. I used ribbing and a leaf medallion to mimic the effect. I centered the leaf pattern on the bottom of the back and front panels and on each cuff. The transition from leaf to rib is effortless.
