Happy Monsters
This is a happy jolly monster, they are not very good at being scary! Worked in stockinette, the legs and body are knitted in one piece, and the arms and eyeballs knitted separately and sewn on. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the monster is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).
NEEDLES 
A pair of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4)
RECOMMENDED YARN 
James C Brett Marble DK and Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic yarns; up to 50g
NOTIONS 
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and buttons for eyes.
SIZES 
One size only - 20cm tall.
TECHNIQUES 
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
