Harvest is a lovely loose fitting cowl, which can also be worn as a shoulder warmer. Very simple and quick to make, it is the perfect project for gift making. Stripes of squidgy garter stitch alternate with fashionable dropped stitches and these are topped off with a pretty buttoned braid. Even though chunky yarn is used for warmth, the design is still light and airy enough to be a pleasure to wear….

Materials:
200 yards (approx) of Chunky weight yarn. 100% acrylic used but any soft yarn will look good.
(Example made in Chunky Special by Stylecraft and took approx 1¼ x 100g.)
