This was designed for a little girl going through chemo. Corntastic is a fantastic yarn for this because it is super soft and washable and dryable - important when in the hospital. The braids are a fun addition of pretend hair. Also a fun hat for lucky little girls who either grew their hair back and survived cancer or who never had cancer in the first place.

Knit in the round with braids and hat topper added at the end. Additional materials - crochet hook, stitch marker, and tapestry needle.

I used two skeins (one and a half, really) for the smallest hat in the main color and a half skein of the hair color. Three skeins of the main color and one of the hair should make two hats in the smallest size.
