Hattaraprinsessa on ihana cocktail hattaraa, prinsessaa ja neulontaa.

Ohjeessa on 8 hurmaavaa osaa erilaisia pintaneuleita. Lopputuloksena syntyy puoliympyränmallinen huivi.

Neulontamatka alkaa ennennäkemättömällä aloitustavalla huivin keskeltä niskasta. Kokeneempikaan neuloja ei pysty jälkikäteen arvaamaan miten aloitus on tehty. Uuden aloituksen jälkeen jatketaan toinen toistaan kivemmilla pintaneulekuvioilla.

Silmukkamäärä kasvaa hurjaa vauhtia, siksi myös julkaistaville osille on annettu vähän erimittaiset aikataulut.

Huivi aloitetaan keskeltä niskasta Arteenin menetelmä vol 2:llä, Aloituskohdasta tulee täysin huomaamaton, eikä jälkiäteen pysty arvaamaan kuinka ja mistä huivi ja sen ainaoikein reunus on aloitettu. https://arteeni.fi/blogs/uutiset/arteenin-menetelma-vol2

Mallihuivi on neulottu 8 mm puikoilla Katia Concept Souspir -langasta, 355 g, eli 15 kerää (ei valmisteta enää). Viimeistelty valmis huivi on 90 cm säteeltään ja 180 senttiä halkaisijaltaan /leveydeltään.

Vaihtoehtoisena lankana on Viking ALpaca Bris, mitä kuluu 6,5 mm puikoilla reilu 200 g, eli 5 kerää. Viimeistelty valmis huivi on noin 80 cm säteeltään ja 160 senttiä halkaisijaltaan /leveydeltään.

Voit toki valita omaan huiviisi minkä tahansa paksun ja hyvinlaskeutuvan langan, jonka puikkosuositus on noin 7-8. Ohuemmalla langalla huivista tulee pienempi ja luonnollisesti langankulutus jää myös pienemmäksi.

Ohjeessa on sekä kirjoitetut ohjeet, että kaavio. Lisäksi erikoisemmat silmukat ja silmukkayhdistelmät esitellään video-ohjeena.

Vaikeustaso on keskitasoa ja vaatii tarkkaa ohjeen seuraamista. Yhdessä tehden rohkenet silti aloittaa vähemmälläkin neulontakokemuksella, sillä samassa vaiheessa neulovia on useita, ja sekä apua, että tukea on varmasti paljon tarjolla.

Hattaraprinsessa is a lovely cocktail of glitter, cotton candy, princesses and knitting.

The pattern includes 8 charming parts with different surface stitches. The end result is a semicircle shawl.

The knitting journey begins with an unprecedented starting method in the middle of the scarf. Even an experienced knitter will not be able to guess how the beginning was made afterwards. After the new beginning, the work continues with one after another more beautiful surface stitch patterns.

The number of stitches increases at a rapid pace, which is why slightly different schedules have been given for the parts to be published.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The shawl is started in the middle of the neck using the Arteenis method vol 2. The starting point is completely invisible, and it is not possible to guess afterwards how and where the scarf and its garter stitch border were started. https://arteeni.fi/en/blogs/uutiset/arteenin-menetelma-vol2.

The model shawl is knitted with 8 mm needles and Katia Concept Souspir yarn, 355 g, or 15 skeins (no longer manufactured). The finished scarf is 90 cm in diameter and 180 cm in circumference.

As a very good alternative yarn, you can use Viking ALpaca Bris, which requires 6.5 mm needles and just over 200 g, or 5 skeins. The finished scarf is about 80 cm in diameter and 160 cm in circumference.

Of course, you can choose any similar thick and well-flowing yarn for your shawl, with a needle recommendation of about 7-8. With thinner yarn, the shawl will be smaller and naturally the yarn consumption will also be smaller.

The pattern includes both written instructions and diagrams. In addition, more special stitches and stitch combinations are presented in a video tutorial.

The difficulty level is intermediate and requires careful following of the instructions. However, you can still start with less knitting experience by doing it together, as there are many people who can offer help and support at the same time.
