Cotton yarn is recommended.

I love making pictures with crochet. For an experienced crocheter this dishcloth will work up very quickly. The raised stitches on this cloth would also make a great face cloth too, perfect for gentle scrubbing.

You could also much a bunch of these as blanket squares to stitch together to make a blanket.
