These convertible mittens are knit in the round from cuff to fingers, with stitches being picked up to add the flap. The pattern is knit using aran weight yarn, so they are a really quick knit.

The mittens can be worn, either with the flap covering your fingers, or folded back to keep your fingers free.

The “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” hearts are made using the Swiss Darning Technique, and a contrasting yarn, which you need approx 8 meters.
