This link is not the original source I found for this pattern. The original pattern added the following to this one:

“For the top of the cloth to work out with heart tops you will have to repeat the first 4 rows after you finish the repeats requested.”

SO, after “Repeat these 10 rows 4 more times”, you need to add “Repeat Rows 1-4 one more time”.

THEN, “Work garter stitch for 4 rows and bind off.
