The heart motifs just below the cuffs on these little socks are what make them special. What a perfect little pair of socks for those special wee ones in your life!

Method
Knit from the cuff down, beginning with an Estonian Cast On (photo tutorial included), the heart motifs are placed between defining purl rows. The heel is a classic slip stitch; stitches are picked up along the heel flap to work a plain gusset. The remainder of the sock is knit plain making this design a quick knit as well as soft on little feet ~ while still being special. Toes are grafted (Kitchener stitch - written instructions included).

Notions
Stitch marker; yarn needle for weaving in ends
