Basic filet crochet graph for doily, afghan block or other project. You may use the pattern in 3 or 4 DC filet with any yarn and appropriate needle size. For my first test panel I used Red Heart Super Saver Yarn with a size H crochet hook in 4DC filet crochet. The completed size was approximately 18 inches square (when blocked). I will be posting the companion squares as well as instructions for a completed afghan using 6 squares, a crisscross joining method and filet border panels in addition to the squares.
