Enjoy the squishy ease of garter stitch stripes joined with some simple lace to form joyful rows of hearts.
This 3 colour shawl is designed for Fingering weight (4ply) yarn and can be knit in 3 versions: Large with 3 colours (pictured), Large with 2 colours, or Small with 2 colours. The instructions are written row for row and include stitch counts. Charts are also included.

3 Colour large version -

Main (M): 100g Debbie Bliss Fine Donegal Tweed 415y/379m per 100g (sample used 40g col. 54003 Soft Grey)
Contrast 1 (C1): 100g Debbie Bliss Fine Donegal Tweed 415y/379m per 100g (sample used 85g col. 54008 Winter Rose)
Contrast 2 (C2): 100g Debbie Bliss Fine Donegal Tweed 415y/379m per 100g (sample used 65g col. 54009 Fuchsia)

2 Colour large version - you will need approx. 60g Main and 135g Contrast.

2 Colour small version - you will need approx. 25g Main (for plain cast off) or 30g Main (for picot cast off) and 75g Contrast.

Sample is 18 sts x 26 rows using 4mm (US 6) over lace pattern after aggressive blocking.

Needles & Notions
Pair of 4mm (US 6) needles. I like to use an 80cm circular needle set but you may wish to use a longer one if you are making the large size.
