A whole family of cuddly hedgehogs in one pattern. The baby hedgehog is 3.25” tall, the Mummy hedgehog is 4.5” tall and the big Daddy hedgehog is 5.5” tall. These cute little guys are far from prickly and they can sit upright to gaze at the stars or lean forward to snuffle around.

For an INTERMEDIATE knitter because the construction uses short row shaping (explained in the pattern) and picking up stitches. The hedgehogs are mostly knitted flat on straight needles using short row shaping. The face and arms are knitted in the round on dpns. Each hedgehog is a quick knit and there is some sewing, but only two short seams.
