I created this pattern following a knitting retreat in the Black Forest, where one of the participants was meant to bring her famous Hefezopf (German brioche-like knotted bread)…which she left at home - d’uh! …well you would have to have been there to understand the story…anyways, the result if said retreat are the Hefezopf Socks I knit up in the special colourway Pandora66 dyed for the weekend.

The instructions are written for a sock size M (EU 37-40), but I have added suggestions for where to reduce or add stitches to fit different width of feet.

Pattern includes written and charted instructions as well as heel and toe pattern.
