♫ The Music ♫
In Grandma’s Quilts Judy Welden sings of the wonderfully treasured handworks of her dear grandmother:
“Grandma’s quilts are built to last
Heirlooms of the past
Grandma’s quilts are carefully sewn with love
You know it was you she was thinkin’ of…”

And so it is with hand knits that are fondly created by loving hands.

Nov 22, 2018 Update: Today version 2.0 has been made available and it includes an additional yarn choice and presents 2 size options.

This charming blanket is certain to become a family heirloom for generations to come. Diamond lace side borders frame the central pattern panel which cleverly develops the lovely zigzag finish at the top and bottom of the blanket.

Both charts and row-by-row written directions are provided. The stitch count changes for the diamond lace side borders; for row-by-row stitch counts see the written directions.
