ETA September 11, 2012:

Today, I tested the pattern myself for the first time, and happened upon an error. On page 2, the body should continue with an additional seven rows of 30 stitches, not eleven.

The PDF file has been updated with the corrections! :)

ETA April 30, 2012:

NarcissaM kindly helped me test the pattern, and happened upon a couple of mistakes, as listed below:

  • On page 1, Round 9 should be (2 sc, 2 sc in next st) x 6 to give you 24 sts
  • On page 1, Round 11 should be (3 sc, 2 sc in next st) x 6 to give you 30 sts
  • On page 2, Round 16-26 was incorrectly labelled as “Round 13-23”. Following rounds should be called “Round 27” etc.

The PDF file has been updated with the corrections! :)

Meet Helga, a cute little European Badger girl who lives in the Swedish forest. She’s about 10 centimeters / 4 inches long, and she loves to romp around in the woods and sniff through piles of old leaves. If you approach her gently, she’s always up for a cuddle, and she never says no to a muffin and a cup of tea!

The pattern for Helga includes a description of the yarn I used for her, as well as several pictures to help you along. This is my first pattern, and it might need further testing. Feel free to give it a try, and please let me know if anything needs fixing. :)
