I used 3/2 cotton (about 18 wpi) in a stable gauge which does not sag or distort, but any yarn which produces gauge would work well.

This version of the pattern has had the detailed instructions for the optional insertion of horizontal and/or vertical bust darts removed. The original version which includes said instructions is great for those learning how to tailor their own garments. See website for more info.

Jacket is worked in 1 piece up to armholes. Detailed instructions for double-knit collar which creates its own support and does not flop about. All edges crisply hemmed or faced. Lovely stable faced button/buttonhole edges.
