The Hen Bag is the knitted cousin of the Cluck Clutch - pattern found here:

A request was sent on a yahoo knitting group for a knitted pattern for the Cluck Clutch and I accepted the challenge. I contacted the designer of the Cluck Clutch and she graciously gave permission to reproduce her work in knitting.

This version of The Hen Bag is somewhat different than her pattern, things went a different way when I was knitting. The other version will be posted soon.

The Hen Bag can also be the Hen pillow or the Hen toy simply by stuffing and sewing the back.

11” wide on body and from tip of the bottom to top of the head, about 12”. The bag alone is 7” from tip of the bottom to the top center edge. It tucks under the arm very nicely.
