The Henley Hat is a textured hat with a tiny bit of slouch. The stitch pattern is reminiscent of the waffle weave texture of long-sleeved thermal henleys, another fall woods staple. It’s crocheted in the round from the top down, with staggered increases. The unique ribbing is flat in the inside and ribbed on the outside, and is worked in turned rows.

This pattern includes written instructions, as well as a reduced chart showing two repeats of the stitch pattern.

Gauge: Rounds 1-3 should measure 3 ½ inches when worked in pattern

Finished size: 17-18 inches around (will stretch to fit 22 inch head), 8 inches long

Note about yarns: Raspberry sample is made from Patons Classic Wool in Orchid; blue sample is made from Cascade 220 Heathers in Sapphire(9332).
