This is the sixth of my crochet amigurumi amish puzzle animal patterns (Amamani for short).

It is based on the Crochet Amish Puzzle Ball (listed on Ravelry as a free pattern) and works up to about 20 cm high and 20 cm long.

The Horse Puzzle consists of 3 segments which can be assembled and taken apart at will.

It is perfect for little hands, eyes and minds!

This pattern isn’t difficult, but the mouth and head are VERY detailed, therefore I would recommend that this pattern is for Advanced crocheters.

Although the pattern is written for 6 colours, you can easily disregard the colour changes and just use one or two.

You will need to know:

• How to join in the round
• How to use a running stitch marker (a vertical stitch marker)
• How to work short rows
