Herrena is an asymmetrical wrap that is worn fastened by a brooch, shawl pin or button link. It is worked edging first, with the main body of the shawl crocheted on to the edging strip.

This design was originally worked in Triskelion Tailiesin DK (shown in colourway Cofgod), but the new Olwen DK is a very good substitute. It takes a little over one 100g skein.
