Sian Brown’s Cardigan is elegant and simple. It has a gently flared waistline which is achieved by using changes of needle size. The lace rib pattern is only two rows; this makes it ideal for anyone wanting to experiment with lace for the first time.

Notes:

The cardigan is quite short and gently flared by using changes of needle size, with a scoop-neck and set-in sleeves slightly gathered at the shoulder. The edges are finished with a delicate loop trim. Garment is knitted flat and then seamed.
