White bedspread crochet cotton sufficiently thick to work with US size 4 (1.75 mm) or size for gauge. If you use size 5 thread, you will need about 7,800 yards or 1300 grams (46.5 oz).
Gauge: 4” square = 12 meshes and 8.5 rows using long double crochet.
