A traditional Fair Isle ‘oxo’ pattern made using Shetland wool. Five colours are used in the gloves where I use blues, greys and white and the details of these shades are within the pattern. I have charted these gloves with all of the colours. I have included a chart which is for use when you wish to devise your own colour scheme, you can see from the pictures that I have made fingerless gloves and also another pair using natural colours from Jamieson and Smith Supreme range of wool.

The gloves size is suitable for adult female hand and the finger lengths can be knitted to suit the individual they are made for.

Two charts as well as written instructions with details of the gauge.

I used more than one 25g ball of wool for the main colour - so I recommend buying 2 balls of the main colour if making full fingered gloves, and you would not need more than one ball of each of the contrast colours.
