The High Plains Cowl was inspired by the eastern half of my home state, Colorado. I loved thinking about the neat fields, rolling hills, and the peppering of small towns that color the High Plains. It’s A-line shape, and pleated ruffles, offer warmth and a touch of country on a cold day. I hope that you enjoy knitting this as much as I did.

With every pattern I publish, a portion goes to people who do good work. This pattern is going to help the National Park Foundation in support of the National Park’s Centennial birthday this year. For information about Parks near you, go to: www.nps.gov. Let’s Knit Some Good this year.
