The High Plains Cowl was inspired by the eastern half of my home state, Colorado. I loved thinking about the neat fields, rolling hills, and the peppering of small towns that color the High Plains. It’s A-line shape, and pleated ruffles, offer warmth and a touch of country on a cold day. I hope that you enjoy knitting this as much as I did.
