With the sea of smooth Garter and colorful textured “tides”, this shawl will surely become one of your favorites.

SIZE
Fingering weight:
approx. 168cm/66” wide along top edge and 37cm/14.5” high.
Sport weight:
approx. 215cm/86” wide along top edge and 48cm/19” high.

YARN
Fingering weight:
5 skeins of De Rerum Natura Albertine (100% merino; 200m/218y per 50g).
Sample below shown in colorways:
MC aurore, 2 skeins
CC1 lassi, 1 skein
CC2 bois flotté, 1 skein
CC3 marron glacé, 1 skein.

Sport weight:
5 skeins of De Rerum Natura Ulysse (100% merino; 185m/202y per 50g).

MC poivre et sel, 2 skeins

NEEDLES
4.0mm/US #6 circular needle (60cm/24” long).

GAUGE
Fingering weight:
21 sts and 42 rows = 10cm/4” in Garter st worked flat.
Sport weight:
17 sts and 32 rows = 10cm/4” in Garter st worked flat.
The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage.

de point mousse tricoté à plat avec les aiguilles 4 mm.
La taille de l’échantillon n’est pas cruciale pour ce projet
mais les différences auront une incidence sur la taille
finale ainsi que sur le métrage nécessaire.

MATÉRIEL
Aiguilles circulaires 4 mm (60 cm).
Aiguilles circulaires 3,75 mm (60 cm).
1 aiguille à laine pour rentrer les fils, des épingles pour
bloquer l’ouvrage.
