Knit from the bottom up, a 2 row lace pattern is followed by a short rows shaped garter stitch body.

The pattern is easily adjustable, but doing so will require different yardage amounts. You can add/reduce repeats of the lace section, or continue in garter stitch before/after the short rows are worked.

Circular needles are recommended to accommodate the large number of stitches.
