These funky socks were originally designed for the Biscotte & Cie Sock Club following a “Hippie Girl” theme. The super-bright yarn is lots of fun! The socks are worked from the top down using a slipped stitch pattern on the leg. Cute hearts dangle from the leg over the foot. The hearts and their strings are formed using crochet and duplicate stitch embellishments.

The pattern requires approximately 60 grams (220 yards) of the main colour and 40 grams (150 yards) of the contrast colour.

Skills/Techniques Required:

  • Basic sock knitting skills
  • Following charted stitch patterns
  • Slipped stitches
