“Hitsujihumo” name of this pattern means “Altocumulus cloud”. It is called so because it looks like a flock of sheep in Japan. And, in this pattern, I think that it is a coined word that adds “Hitsuji=a sheep” and “gumo=a cloud”.
The mittens are worked from cuff to fingertip in the round with double-pointed needles, or circular needle with magic loop. Along the way, change MC to make a gradation.
