Yardage and needle size aren’t important in this pattern. The original scarf was made with 300 meters of fingering weight yarn and 6 mm needles and it resulted in a 120 cm long scarf after felting.

So anything between 150 meters of bulky to 800 meters of lace is good :) Needle size between 4mm to 20mm depending on how thick or thin you want your scarf!
