I designed a hat 15 years ago with the intention of writing up the pattern. It took me all that time to rediscover it and write it up. It is called the Snowburst Hat. It needed a companion cowl which led to a couple of different all-over patterns and border motifs. I love this one, but love them all. Holiday Gift Stockpiles are a side benefit of a knitting frenzy… A flower border motif is included below in case Holly is not your thing!

Note: all after-stitching is optional. Sizes are ( Tighter, Looser )
Any yarn that gives gauge can be substituted, and any colors can be substituted as desired.
