Homefront is a classic 1940s lightweight knit blouse that is designed to let you be creative and fashion the vintage jumper of your dreams. Looking at the photos, it may seem as if these are three different patterns. Here’s the fun: they are all the same blouse! Homefront serves as a template for you to make a vintage garment with your own unique spin to it.

This pattern is to be used in conjunction with Squid’s School of Vintage Knitting body measurement chart and your gauge swatch, which makes this pattern 100% size inclusive! You simply take your measurements, take you gauge, and you’re off to create a well fitted garment tailored to your exact measurements.

Homefront is offered with two different construction methods: seamed and seamless, so you can create your garment using your preferred technique.

Along with monthly pattern releases, Squid School offers vintage knitting lecture videos, addition help and tutorials, as well as vintage knitting-themed goodies! Come join in on the fun! :)
