Honey Breeze Top
This top is crocheted top-down in rounds from the right side, giving you the flexibility to easily adjust the length of both the sleeves and the body to suit your preferences. For example: short, 3/4, or long sleeves – with or without edging. The yoke is round with a wide and soft neckline, shaped by evenly spaced increases across the entire yoke for a smooth and elegant fit.
The design features positive ease, meaning the garment is wider than your actual body measurements, resulting in a relaxed, roomy, and comfortable fit. The body tapers slightly at the bottom with an optional ribbed edge, which adds shape and a nice finishing touch.
If you prefer a more fitted look, simply choose a size closer to your actual bust measurement. The pattern works well with both cotton and wool/alpaca blends, depending on the desired look and season.
The pattern is fully written, and also includes charts for the stitch pattern and decreases.
You’ll also find video links demonstrating the crochet stitches used.
The stitches used are: chain, double crochet (US), and front post double crochet.
