This pattern uses sock/fingering weight yarn to create motifs which are then joined together with fuzzy alpaca blend. In the sample, I ran out of my main color at 25 of 27 motifs and substituted another sock yarn. This could be a great way to use up all those bits of sock yarn.

This is a reimagining of my Honeycomb Coral Hat. When one customer admired the design but said she never wears hat, I decided a cowl would be perfect for her.
