I have given the yardage and yarn weight for the example Hooded Jacket which is size 6-24 months. You can make this sweater from any weight of yarn, in any size….but you will have to do the math. It is an excellent design for handspun as a consequence. I also like the way the garter stitch looks in a hand dyed yarn…it makes garter stitch more interesting to look at and to knit.
