A note about sizing…the cables are worked over a certain number of stitches, which makes this little romper a bit different to size. Please please PLEASE look at measurements and choose which size to knit based on measurements and NOT size or child’s age.

THIS PATTERN NEEDS TO BE KNIT WITH APPROX. 2” - 3” of positive ease in the chest. In other words, the garment needs
to be 2-3” bigger then your baby’s actual size.

Knit the cables with one size larger needle then the body.

Hootie Who?? Hootie Who!!!

What sweet baby wouldn’t look cute snuggled in a knit woolie romper? Our Hootie Who knit romper is a top down construction with an owl cable waistband. The gusset extension allows extra room for cloth diapered babies. The button bands come down extra low to allow for easy diaper changes. This romper is perfect for cloth diapered or paper diapered babies.
