My country is on lock down, like most of the world right now (because of the pandemic).
I’m sitting by the window watching the world go by. The brown twigs are turning all shades of green,
just like the stripes on my socks.
Spring has arrived. I’m hoping I’ll be able to spend summer outdoors and enjoy the shorties.
I’m convinced you share my dream… ~ April 2020

About
The quickest socks you’ll knit.

Sizes
The pattern is written for 3 different sizes / stitch counts to achieve different circumferences, but you can always adapt it to a smaller or larger number of stitches. The knitter will determine themselves how long to knit the foot. The leg is very short and the back is raised by using short rows (detailed instructions provided).

Yarn and needles
Use your favourite sock yarn, I recommend wool and nylon blends in fingering weight for durability, the green stripes sample was knit using 2.5mm/US1.5 needle, but you can use smaller one if you knit loosely or want a tighter gauge.

Heel
The heel pattern - fish lips kiss heel needs to be purchased separately on Ravelry (1$).
You can use any short row heel, afterthought heel or even heel flap (instructions not included in the pattern).
