Hopsie and Flopsie
Hopsie Bunny and Flopsie Chick are collecting carrots for a spring picnic. This sweet topsy turvy doll is actually two toys in one … the bunny has a long skirt, simply turn them upside down and flip over the skirt to reveal the chick underneath, what a sprinkle of easter magic! This pattern is knit using stockinette and garter stitch, and uses chenille yarns to make the toy soft and cuddly.
Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knit on single pointed needles (not in the round). This pattern is designed specifically for knitting in chenille yarns. Chenille is a cosy soft yarn (usually 100% polyester) that makes a super soft knit.
