Description: My sister wanted a pair of fingerless mitts after all her nieces and nephews got pairs for Christmas, and because of her love of horses I was inspired to make her a pair to reflect this passion. The cuffs and tops of the mitts represent fencing and the centers each have a cabled horseshoe motif accented with purchased buttons. They are knitted in the round and are pretty easy, requiring only some familiarity with knitting in the round on sock needles (DP’s or magic loop or two circulars) and some simple cabling techniques. Pattern in written form only.
Finished size: These will fit most women’s hands. They are average in size, but there is enough stretch to accommodate a larger woman’s hands.
