Nothings beats a bowl of piping hot soup when you’re in need of a quick meal!

This easy-to-knit cozy functions as a double-thick bowl wrap to protect your hands as you lift soup or other hot foods from the microwave. It’s size-adjustable and reversible - it also doubles as a pot holder or hot pad!

Notes:

  • For best washability, the recommended yarn is 100% cotton, Knit Picks’ Dishie
  • You need both circular and DPNS (set of 4) to complete the hexagon shapes
  • Three 1/2” non-metal button are used for closure.
  • Quilt batting and non-metallic insulated batting are OPTIONAL, 10” square of each if extra insulation is desired for use as thicker pot holder etc.
  • A link is provided in the pattern for an easy provisional cast on as performed by Purl Soho.
