Inspired by “Number Six” from Battlestar Galactica, this pattern is a Mean Girls’ Yarn club exclusive, but will be available to the public February, 2017.

It can get very cold in space, and even a sensuous Cylon needs a little something special to wear over that little red dress to keep her warm. The Hourglass Shrug is a close-fitting shrug which is designed to hug the body. Its dramatic focal point is a glorious 6-strand cable running up the spine, which is framed by laddering created by dropped stitches. Accenting the center cable are delicate hourglass lace panels to either side, with a mirroring smaller 4-strand cable at each sleeve.
