How I Make My Socks

Feet / Legs → Socks → Mid-calf
Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi)
7 stitches = 1 inch in stockinette stitch
US 1 - 2.25 mm
to fit an average women's foot (you can vary the length to fit your foot!)

I get asked so often about the plain stockinette stitch sock I always am making that I decided to write a detailed blog post including exactly how I make socks.
