Howl At The Moon is the second pattern in the Spook-tober collection from Fiddle Knits Designs. Purchasing Spook-tober ($20) will get you this and 6 other October themed patterns!

Little howling face cables extend up the leg from a simple twisted cable foot.

Errata (corrected 10/9/15)
The original pattern instructs you to end 1.5” shorter than desired length before the gusset. However, the gusset is 24 rnds (3” at gauge), so you should actually end 3” short of your total length (assuming you are working to rnd gauge).
