This little friend brings warmth and happiness to your home and can be knit either flat or in the round with single or two-color option. Its plush texture makes it ideal for those comforting hugs that little ones (and adults!) adore. Whether it’s for naptime in a toddler’s room or adding a touch of whimsy to your living space, this cushion fits seamlessly into any environment and will connect everybunny with its inner cottontail.

Huggy Bunny cushion is worked from the bottom up, and the pattern includes directions for knitting flat if you would like to make a two color cushion, or in the round. Follow the directions that fit your skill level or preference.
Both versions begin with a base knit flat, then stitches are casted on for the body. After shaping the rounded top, the ears are worked as I-cord tubes. Bunny motif is worked twice for the front and back sides of the cushion.
For two color version using intarsia, you will work with two separate balls of yarn of each color over four alternating color blocks. For this you may want to prepare your yarn by unwinding balls and making bobbins.
