This is a set of colourwork patterns inspired by Captain Marvel using a simplified compass-rose that can be adapted for use to create a pair of mittens, a beanie, cowl or scarf, as well as instructions on how to knit each item. All these patterns are suitable for a beginner or up, if they are willing to be adventurous with colorwork and know how to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease and bind off.

You are free to make and sell non-commercial quantities of these, but do not re-distribute the pattern.

The pattern set is laid out as follows:
 - Yarn options are common to all projects. I have included the exact yarns that I used as well as options if you cannot access these yarns
 - Fingerless mitten, Scarf, Beanie and Cowl patterns
 - Colourwork charts for each of the projects
 - A non exhaustive list of the techniques needed. Some knowledge or search ability is assume

Yarn options (as pictured)

I am the Captain now
Bendigo Woollen Mills Classic 5 ply in Napoleon (COLOUR 1), Marigold (COLOUR 2) and Brick Red (COLOUR 3)
Note: This is a light sport weight that I use in conjunction with fingering weight yarns on a regular basis. Any fingering weight yarns in blue, yellow and red should work
Sparklefists
Bendigo Woollen Mills Classic 5 ply in Raven (border, star and chevron)
Mothy and the Squid ‘Peacock Flower’ colourway (https://mothyandthesquid.com/products/peacock-flower-100-...)
Note: I used < 1 mini-skein of Mothy and the Squid’s merino/nylon sock blend. These are not in stock at the time of writing the pattern, but any similar fiery colours should work.
Another Vers-ion
MAIN COLOUR: Mothy and the Squid ‘Frozen Forest’ colourway (https://mothyandthesquid.com/products/frozen-forest-20g-m...)
Note: As pictured, they are knit using a DK weight, but the fingering weight colourway should also work (as Mothy and the Squid’s fingering weight mini skein was used for the Sparklefists mittens). A yarn of a similar colour palette should also work.
CONTRAST COLOUR: Grey or silvery yarn to match weight wise to the main colour
